Ludwig was appointed Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Tenrox in September 1999. Since joining the company in 1997, he has played a central role in creating and managing sales, public relations, marketing, creative, and business development teams. Prior to joining Tenrox he held positions within the sales channels of the computer industry

Ludwig holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Concordia University.

Ara is one of the four original founders of Tenrox. He has over ten years of experience in software engineering and business management. Ara is the Chief Operating Officer at Tenrox. Prior to Tenrox, he worked as a software engineer at companies such as Nortel, Bell Northern Research and BCE.
